He is a person who is never content with the status quo, always on the lookout for new ways of doing the same old things, but also sometimes questioning why we do certain things at all. He is a good listener, fast learner, and one of his great sources of joy is to come to see the world through the eyes of another person. He found this to be extremely helpful in the past and noticed that people usually respond quite well to being understood.
